CARING MINISTRY

Clergy serving on the staff at St. Luke’s are available for hospital and home visits as needed. Ministry to the Sick, Healing Prayers, Holy Communion and Ministry at the Time of Death are provided by our clergy. It is very important that clergy be made aware of anyone who is in need of these services or has other pastoral needs.

LAY EUCHARISTIC VISITORS

Lay Eucharistic Visitors (LEVs) are trained and licensed by the Diocese to meet with parishioners unable to attend church services, and to administer the Sacrament. LEVs can be scheduled by calling Karen at the church office (288-2469).

PARISH NURSE MINISTRY

The Parish Nurse Ministry are Registered Nurses who have completed special training to serve as health counselors, health educators and a referral service. They do not give direct or invasive care to parishioners. They can be reached by calling the church office at 288-2469.
